Good to Know
A few of the things people ask us most. Don’t see yours? Reach out anytime and we’ll help you figure out the next step.
Not at all. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Tell us a little about what you’re looking for and we’ll help you determine the best next step.
Start with a conversation. Reach out through the form, by email, or by phone, and we’ll get back to you within about a day.
Yes, really free. Ask your questions, get a feel for us, and commit to nothing until you’re ready.
Your first session is about getting to know you: what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and how we can help. From there, you and your therapist start shaping a plan.
Individual, couples and family counselling, plus community-based therapy, cultural services, respite and tutoring. We also take on advocacy, mentorship, training, consulting and assessments. Not sure what fits? Ask. We’ll point you the right way.

Community-based therapy (formerly Action Therapy) is therapy outside the office. Sessions can involve movement, activity and expressive approaches, and can integrate Indigenous practices where that fits. Same goals as office therapy, in a setting where you feel comfortable.
